Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including print, digital, and social media.
- Manage the company’s online presence including website updates, social media channels, and digital advertising platforms.
- Identify potential clients and partnerships to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales pitches and presentations to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Create and manage content for digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Optimize content and campaigns using SEO/SEM best practices.
- Analyze web traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support.
- Handle client feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop promotional materials, newsletters, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare regular performance reports.
- Recommend adjustments to marketing strategies based on data and feedback.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the retail industry
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media Management
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage client relationships
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
Salary: Kshs. 35,000 - Kshs.45, 000
