Job Description

Packhouse Supervisor Requirements

 

Degree/ Diploma in food technology or a related field.

 

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a packhouse supervision, preferably in export business.

 

Familiarity with regulatory standards and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.

 

Proven experience supervising diverse operational teams

 

Strong leadership and team management skills.

 

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management tools.
