Job Description
As Food and Beverage Manager you will be up to date with international trends & standards; ability to identify, develop, & implement measures to improve the efficiencywhile mentoring your team.
Full P&L reporting responsibilities & strategic planning.
Reporting to the property GM as HOD.
What we’re looking for:
F&B Management experience within branded hotel groups
African location experience beneficial
Travelling single status only
Education: Degree, Diploma
