Bartender Supervisor/Head – Resort Experience Mandatory (MALDIVES)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bartender Supervisor with a minimum of 4 years of experience in upscale hospitality settings. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in cocktail creation, staff training, bar hygiene standards, and managing high-volume service environments for international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of bar outlets with focus on speed, service quality, and consistency
• Design and maintain a well-balanced and creative beverage menu, including international cocktails and mocktails
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and local alcohol regulations at all times
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, stock control, and cost management
• Train and supervise bartenders and service staff, promoting professionalism and teamwork
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback to ensure excellent service
• Collaborate with the F&B and events team for special promotions and themed nights

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Bartender Supervisor or Senior Bartender in luxury resorts or high-end hotels
• Proven leadership experience in a busy, high-standard bar environment
• Strong knowledge of mixology, international cocktails, spirits, and wine service
• Experience in cost control, stock handling, and maintaining bar presentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to relocate full-time to the Maldives
