We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Patrolling Supervisor to join our growing team at Al Shiba Guards Property Services LLC.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Patrolling Supervisor in Dubai
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
• Must possess a valid Security Supervisor License
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Willing to work flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage patrolling operations across assigned sites
• Ensure all security guards are performing their duties properly
• Conduct regular site inspections and submit reports to management
• Coordinate with clients and handle any onsite security issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SIRA regulations
