We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage site inventory, handle material receipts and issues, and ensure efficient storage and stock control. The Store Keeper will play a critical role in maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting construction site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and tools at the site.
• Verify quantities, quality, and documentation of deliveries against purchase orders.
• Organize, label, and store materials systematically to ensure easy retrieval.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records (manual and/or digital) for all materials, tools, and consumables.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions and record transactions accurately.
• Monitor and report stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material supply.
• Ensure proper handling, preservation, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with records.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in storekeeping, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and tools is desirable.
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to lift materials as required.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to detail and integrity.

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily site-based; may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• May be required to work extended hours depending on project needs.
