We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional Administrative Cordinator having knowledge on pre-qualification documents. The ideal candidate will have minimum knowledge of tendering procedures, documentation requirements, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate pre-qualification documents, including company profiles, capability statements, and relevant certifications.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tender requirements.
- Conduct research and gather information to support pre-qualification submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary inputs and approvals.
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality documents within tight timelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in preparing pre-qualification documents, tenders, or proposals.
- Minimum knowledge of tendering procedures, documentation requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
