We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.

Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

 

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND ARABIC

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
