Client Relationship Management & Business Development
- Own and nurture key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for major accounts.
- Lead high-stakes pitches, negotiations, and contract renewals, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to generate new leads and expand the client portfolio.
- Oversee the development of customized marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and drive measurable impact.
- Ensure proactive communication with clients, providing strategic insights, campaign updates, and performance reports.
- Implement a client feedback loop, ensuring continuous service improvement and maintaining industry-leading client satisfaction rates.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across creative, digital, media, and account management functions.

- Establish clear KPIs, performance goals, and success metrics for teams and departments.

Campaign Oversight & Execution Excellence
- Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept development to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure campaigns meet the highest creative and strategic standards, delivering measurable results for clients.
- Work closely with creative directors, digital strategists, and media planners to align campaign messaging with brand objectives.
- Review campaign performance analytics, optimizing strategies based on key insights.
- Ensure deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met, while maintaining flexibility for real-time campaign adjustments.
- Develop case studies and performance reports to showcase the agency’s expertise and drive future sales.
Financial & Operational Management
- Develop and manage the agency’s annual budget, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Monitor revenue streams, profit margins, and financial KPIs, implementing corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure seamless invoicing, payment collection, and financial reconciliation in collaboration with the finance team.
- Optimize agency workflows and internal operations, implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance productivity.
- Negotiate supplier and vendor contracts, ensuring favorable terms for media buying, production, and outsourced services.
- Evaluate and invest in technology and tools that enhance the agency’s ability to deliver exceptional services
Innovation & Digital Transformation
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, advertising technology (AdTech), and creative innovations.
- Champion the integration of AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance campaign performance and client engagement.
- Explore emerging media platforms (TikTok, AR/VR, Metaverse, etc.), ensuring the agency remains future-proof.
- Implement a data-driven approach to marketing, using insights to personalize and optimize client campaigns.
- Enhance the agency’s digital capabilities, ensuring seamless execution of omnichannel campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
Requirements
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in advertising technology platforms, CRM tools, and media planning software.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, and consumer behavior analysis.
- Expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making tools and campaign optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for advertising projects.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, pitch presentation, and contract negotiation.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in strategic marketing, Digital Media, or Business Management (Preferred but not mandatory).
Relevant Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or brand management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing and upselling client accounts.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-performance agency environment.
