They undertake major Civil, Infrastructure and Power Projects which include Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Power Stations, Pumping Stations, Oil and Gas Pipelines, Refineries, Desalination Plants, Major Housing Projects, Commercial Buildings, as turnkey EPC Contractor, Prime Contractor and Major Sub-Contractor.

Project: EPC Project – Combined Cycle/Cogeneration Power Plant

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

· 2 to 5 years of work experience in EPC, designing of power plant

· Team Leadership

· Conflict Resolution

· Specific Software Application

· Communication Skills

· Control and instrumentation system design & application software

· Thorough understanding of Engineering standards

· AutoCAD application design skills

Job Objectives

· To lead and manage a team of professional draftsmen.

· To develop designs from project specifications.

· To allocate, prioritize and check work of a team of draftsmen.

· To check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.

· To prepare and check material data sheets and coordinate with procurement engineer to select materials.

· To document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design & validation reports from Project Engineers.

· To incorporate feedback from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases.
