Our client in the IT industry is seeking to hire an experienced Chief Operations Officer
(COO) responsible for driving business growth, optimizing operations, and leading sales
strategies to expand market reach. As a key executive team member, the COO will oversee sales management, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships while ensuring operational efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales leadership, and operational execution within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and lead high-performing sales and operations teams.
• Establish a results-driven culture focused on accountability and innovation.
• Provide mentorship, training, and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure efficient and scalable operations that support business growth.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Implement best practices in IT service management.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to track performance and drive accountability.

Business Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business models to enhance company profitability.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align growth initiatives with company goals.
• Oversee sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
• Develop and implement sales performance metrics to track and optimize results.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account management strategies.
• Strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, business growth, and sales management,
• with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the IT industry.
• Proven track record in driving business growth, revenue expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong expertise in sales pipeline management, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
• Ability to develop and implement scalable operational processes to support growth.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to sales and business development.
