SAMCHI GROUP is looking for a highly skilled and discreet individual to serve as a Personal Driver to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess a clean service record, with extensive Military experience in VIP transportation, and a deep understanding of protocol and discretion. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and timely arrival of the CEO to various appointments, meetings, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport the CEO to various locations, ensuring timely arrivals.
• VIP Service: Provide professional, courteous, and discreet service at all times, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
• Protocol Handling: Demonstrate a keen understanding of business and social protocol, ensuring that all transportation needs align with the CEO’s requirements.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the CEO’s vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and regular servicing.
• Schedule Coordination: Work with the CEO’s assistant to ensure that the daily schedule is adhered to, and make any adjustments as needed.
• Discretion: Handle sensitive or confidential information with the utmost care, exhibiting a quiet and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Excellent Presentation: Maintain impeccable personal appearance, appropriate for a high-level VIP driver.

Qualifications:

• Driving Licence -BCE
• Minimum of 3-4 years of driving experience, including a clean record of service in military is a must or executive environments.
• Age 40 and above
• Driving Record: Clean driving record with no history of accidents or infractions.
• Demeanor: Calm, quiet, and professional demeanor with an ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Presentation: Impeccable personal grooming and presentation standards.
• Discretion & Protocol: Ability to handle high-profile situations with tact, discretion, and adherence to professional protocols.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a flexible attitude towards work hours.
• Physical Requirements: Good physical condition and ability to handle long periods of driving and travel.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience as a personal driver to high-level executives or VIPs.
• Familiarity with the geography of the region and optimal routes.
• Knowledge of security and safety measures in executive transportation.
