We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating proposals within our system, sending them to clients, and handling all front-office activities. If you are organized, professional, and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors as they arrive at the office.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Create proposals/contracts in the company’s system and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500
