Job Purpose:
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Team Leader to drive all sales and marketing efforts within their real estate division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business plans, formulating sales and marketing strategies, and overseeing their implementation to ensure sustained business growth and profitability.

As the Sales & Marketing Team Leader, you will lead a dynamic sales team, providing guidance on prospect generation, lead development, and driving sales from initial contact through to closure. This includes managing client relationships, overseeing contract administration, and ensuring ongoing business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the real estate sector, with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing direction and motivation to achieve sales goals and exceed targets.
  • Oversee the sourcing and acquisition of properties, ensuring the company's portfolio is continually expanded and aligned with market demand.
  • Manage the portfolio of properties, ensuring proper administration, tenant relations, and profitability across all assets.
  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets across all business units.
  • Take ownership of the sales process, ensuring successful execution from prospecting to closure and evaluating key sales functions to drive sustainable growth.
  • Adapt sales approaches and customer engagement strategies to meet changing market demands, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs within the real estate sector, and leverage these insights to generate new revenue streams.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve set sales goals and enhance performance.
  • Set, track, and manage weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cultivate business opportunities by building relationships with industry partners and staying informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated sales databases, tracking leads, client activity, and team performance to measure conversion rates and sales outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the real estate sector, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong experience in business development, including lead generation, sales cycles, and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales teams to achieve high performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.
  • Proven success in managing and executing strategic sales initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
