Office Assistant performs a number of administrative supports to ensure the efficient operation of their office environment. Specific duties and responsibilities may include:

•Answering phone calls, and transferring callers as appropriate.

•Manage work schedules and interactions with distributors & customers.

•Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, official letters, and memos.

•Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation.

•Submitting work reports to head office and scheduling work every day.
