Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, Recruit, train and mentor a high caliber of intermediaries to acquire non motor insurance business
- Motivate, Supervise and assist the team of intermediaries in promoting the growth and development of non-motor insurance business
- Identify markets and introduce the company’s non-motor products to existing and new clients for the sales team and nurture them to achieve the set production targets regularly.
- Meet and exceed production targets for the unit and their personal sales
- Handle all queries and issues from clients, intermediaries and any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Academic /Professional Qualification:
- Business related Diploma or Degree.
- Progress in Diploma in Insurance will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in general insurance sales.
