Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking to hire an Operational Excellence
Coordinator. The OpEx Coordinator, will play a crucial role in 360 Transformation changes and in implementing and driving Operational Excellence/ Lean principles across our organization. This role entails closely monitoring defined requirements/solutions for all the functions and ensuring that performance commitments and KPIs are met.

  • Certifications in Lean, Six sigma, Green belt or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Technical Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes.
  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement.
  • Leadership and Team Management.
  • Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
  • Financial Acumen.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge.

  • Ethical and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Awareness.
  • Strong Training Skills.
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • Process Improvement: Lead and facilitate process improvement projects using
  • methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Production, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-3 Years’ Experience of working in Continuous Improvement/ Business Excellence cell.
  • Must have worked in an FMCG industry for more than 3 Years.
  • Experience in Managing C Leading Projects to improve Operational efficiency.
  • Project Management:
  1. Experience in managing and leading projects to improve operational efficiency.
  2. The ability to lead and facilitate OpEx projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of OpEx manufacturing principles and tools (e.g. 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Time C Motion Study).
  • Performance Metrics: KPIs Understanding, Success Measurement.
  • Lean Manufacturing.
  • Problem Solving Skills and Analytical Skills.
  • Quality Control and Assurance.
  • Project Management.
