We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage their web and software needs, or as part of an in-house IT department at a larger company to maintain laptops and desktops, back up information and troubleshoot glitches and other problems.
• Improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files, and information remain safe and intact.
• Excellent knowledge in SharePoint and MS Office.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to team members.
• Audit system behaviour and monitor firewalls to protect sensitive information and uphold cybersecurity protocols.
• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
• Implement security measures.
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.

Professional Qualification:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum 3 years of experience as IT Support Specialist.
• High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame.
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening

Education : Associate or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience : Minimum 3 years (Preferred)
