We seek a friendly, organized, and proactive Salon Helper to join our dynamic team. As a Salon Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing excellent customer service, and supporting technicians and other staff.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet clients warmly as they arrive and ensure they feel comfortable. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage walk-in inquiries.

Salon Maintenance: Keep the salon clean and organized, including sweeping floors, sanitizing tools and equipment, and maintaining a tidy work area.

Assist Stylists: Support stylists and technicians with tasks such as preparing clients for services, shampooing hair, and managing product supplies.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of salon products and supplies, and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.

Client Communication: Provide information to clients about services, products, and promotions. Address any questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or salon environment is a plus but not required.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor. A passion for the beauty industry is a must.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.

Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
