The Nintendo Store app for iOS and Android is finally here, giving players easier access to consoles, games, and official merchandise. After years of being exclusive to Japan as the My Nintendo app, Nintendo has now expanded availability to the US, UK, Canada, and most of Europe.
Users can browse Switch 2 consoles, accessories, digital and physical games, and more. While purchases still redirect to your mobile browser, the experience is faster and more convenient than visiting the eShop manually. You can also log in to view gameplay history across supported consoles.
The new Nintendo Store app for iOS and Android lets users:
Shop Nintendo Switch & Switch 2 hardware
Buy digital or physical games and official merch
View historical gameplay data across Switch, Switch 2, 3DS & Wii U (up to Feb 2020)
To access gaming history and other features, you’ll need a Nintendo Account + Network ID.
While you still cannot complete purchases directly within the app, tapping any product seamlessly opens your browser checkout page. This still makes browsing simpler compared to manually visiting the storefront.
The app modernizes Nintendo’s mobile shopping experience and centralizes product discovery for fans — especially those keeping an eye on Switch 2 hardware and game availability.
The app is rolling out across multiple regions, including:
United States
United Kingdom
Canada
Most of Europe
If you’ve used the old My Nintendo app, this experience will feel familiar — just more streamlined and widely available.
