• Previous experience as a Sous Chef is required

• Diploma in culinary Arts or related field

• Excellent knowledge in HACCP and other procedures in Food Production

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organization skills

As part of our dedicated team, the candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and delivering outstanding service to our guests.

• 3 years’ experience within the Food, Beverage and Conference sector

• College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation in a 3 star or premium property

• Passion for leadership and team work

• Up to date with current trends

• Excellent leadership & training skills
