Job Description
The Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating student recruitment strategies within their assigned region. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment plans to attract prospective students to the University’s academic and professional programs.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, exhibitions, and school outreach programs across the region to raise awareness of the University’s offerings.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to prospective students, parents, and educational institutions regarding programs, entry requirements, and admission processes.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with secondary schools, educational counselors, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Represent the University at career fairs, exhibitions, and related events, ensuring visibility and brand recognition.
- Support the development of digital recruitment materials, including brochures, social media content, and online advertisements, in collaboration with the Communications Department.

- Prepare periodic reports on recruitment activities, conversion rates, and other performance metrics to inform management decisions.

This position is pivotal in ensuring that the University maintains and enhances the quality of its academic programs, administrative processes, and service delivery. Job Description
The Director, Quality Assurance, will be responsible for ensuring that the University’s operations adhere to internal and external quality standards, including those set by regulatory and accreditation bodies. The incumbent will work closely with senior management, faculty, and staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in all institutional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous review of quality assurance policies, frameworks, and operational guidelines across the University.
