I am Milan Chaudhari. I have 15 years experience in VFX industry. I am working as a freelance vfx supervisor and trainer. I have good experience in different departments like - roto , paint and compositing. I can easily understand VFX technic and work requirements.

Summary of work details
• With over 15 years of extensive experience in the VFX industry, I have honed my skills across various domains including roto, paint, and compositing. Since 2022, I have been serving as a Supervisor and Trainer at Phantom FX, where I have demonstrated a strong ability to comprehend VFX techniques and project requirements adeptly.
• Within my role, I am responsible for project management, including project bidding, floor management, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Additionally, I actively engage in interviewing candidates, providing comprehensive training from junior to senior levels, and, when necessary, participating in shoots. My proficiency extends to budget allocation, ensuring efficient resource management across projects, works, and events, as well as undertaking external assignments as required.
• Furthermore, I play a pivotal role in employee onboarding, articulating company policies, and fostering a conducive work environment through organizing engaging events for both employees and the company at large. My strong technical acumen and organizational capabilities have consistently contributed to the success and growth of Phantom FX.
