Since 2022, I have been serving as a Supervisor and Trainer at Phantom FX, where I have demonstrated a strong ability to comprehend VFX techniques and project requirements adeptly.
• Within my role, I am responsible for project management, including project bidding, floor management, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Additionally, I actively engage in interviewing candidates, providing comprehensive training from junior to senior levels, and, when necessary, participating in shoots. My proficiency extends to budget allocation, ensuring efficient resource management across projects, works, and events, as well as undertaking external assignments as required.
• Furthermore, I play a pivotal role in employee onboarding, articulating company policies, and fostering a conducive work environment through organizing engaging events for both employees and the company at large.
