The HR Generalist will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including:

→ Training
→ Compliance

The role reports directly to the CEO.

2. Customer Support Officer

The Customer Support Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling:
→ Customer enquiries
→ Shift coordination
→ Workforce compliance
→ Day-to-day client support in a fast-paced environment
