Position: Tracking Clerk
Kenya Builders & Concrete Co. Ltd is seeking a Tracking Clerk to monitor fleet tracking systems, identify emergencies and route diversions, ensure compliance, and provide accurate reports to support efficient fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
→ Monitor fleet tracking devices and vehicle locations in real time.
→ Track driver speed, mileage, fuel usage, routes, and vehicle activity.
→ Identify road incidents, emergencies, and operational exceptions.
→ Liaise with drivers, logistics, security, operations, and management.
→ Support fleet scheduling, forecasting, and fleet-management digitisation.
→ Ensure accurate tracking data and timely management reports.
→ Monitor compliance with company fleet policies and procedures.
Requirements
→ Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Operations Management, or a related field.
→ Alternatively, a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, or Data Analysis.
→ At least 2 years’ relevant tracking experience, preferably in fleet management.
→ Experience in large-scale tracking environments.
→ In-depth knowledge of modern electronic tracking systems.
→ Current Police Clearance Certificate is mandatory.
→ Security training and weighbridge operations experience are added advantages.
