Position: Debt Collector

💰 Compensation: Commission-based, up to 25% of collected revenue

Qualifications

→ Diploma in a business-related field.
→ At least 1 year of working experience.
→ Experience in customer service, sales, credit control, or a call centre environment is an added advantage.

Key Skills

→ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
→ Excellent customer engagement and relationship management skills.
→ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word.
→ Proficiency in using collection systems.
