Position: Senior Associate / Associate Principal – Power & Infrastructure Advisory
📍 Preferred Locations: London or Nairobi
📍 Secondary Locations: Dubai or Mumbai

CrossBoundary is looking for an experienced transaction professional to join its Power & Infrastructure Advisory team and provide transaction execution leadership across complex power and infrastructure mandates.

Key Responsibilities

→ Lead end-to-end transaction advisory mandates covering project finance, infrastructure M&A, and equity raises.
→ Advise buy-side and sell-side clients throughout transaction execution.
→ Contribute to deal origination, strategic advisory mandates, and sector analysis.
→ Support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
→ Oversee and mentor Analysts and Associates.
