About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing table orders efficiently, and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage table orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through professional, courteous, and attentive service at all times.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in all dining areas, including setting and clearing tables.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service and address guest needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate in Hospitality or Service Training (or equivalent relevant education).
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is strongly preferred.
• Pleasant personality with a genuine passion for serving others.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
