Role Overview
This position centres on telling a property brand’s story through imagery and motion. Day to day, you will move between on-location shoots, editing suites, and content planning sessions to produce visuals that make listings stand out and keep digital audiences engaged. Your work directly supports sales efforts by turning properties into compelling visual experiences across social media, websites, and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs and video footage for residential and commercial property listings.
- Produce short-form vertical videos, Reels, and other social-native content designed for Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Create graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets that maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
- Develop fresh content concepts and creative campaigns that showcase properties in distinctive, engaging ways.
- Build media packs, brochures, and presentation decks to support the sales team in client pitches and marketing efforts.
- Assist with premium production work including drone footage, virtual tours, and walkthrough videos.
- Cover corporate events, capturing both photography and highlight edits for internal and external use.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, and reach, using insights to refine future creative output.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in photography, videography, and video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating polished output.
- Strong graphic design ability and a clear sense of visual storytelling that connects with target audiences.
- Demonstrated experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other digital platforms, with an understanding of platform-specific formats.
- Ability to independently manage the full content lifecycle from concept and shoot to edit and final delivery.
- Creative mindset with a track record of staying current on visual trends, social media features, and editing techniques.
- Prior experience in real estate, property, lifestyle, or luxury branding is considered an advantage.
- Drone photography or videography certification and practical experience are desirable.
