- Collaborate with design, field communications, and content creators to produce ad copy and visuals that encourage online interaction and desired user actions.
- Research and test innovative advertising channels and formats to expand audience reach and improve both return on investment and social return on investment.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators, then produce step-back analyses after each campaign to guide future marketing investments.
- Compile monthly sentiment and progress reports summarising online farmer feedback, and share these insights with relevant teams to enable rapid response and service improvements.
- Create and manage the digital advertising calendar, ensuring timely deployment of campaigns aligned with business priorities.
- Define the pillars and topics for the organic digital marketing calendar, coordinating with global communications and field teams to maintain consistency.
- Plan and execute program-specific digital projects that align with country-level goals, coordinating with both internal departments and external partners to meet objectives on schedule.
Requirements & Qualifications

- A creative eye for visual and written content that resonates with target audiences across digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and social media behaviour patterns among Kenyan audiences in both urban and rural settings, and the ability to apply that knowledge to business objectives.
