Role Overview
This role centres on being the first point of contact for clients looking into visa and travel services. Day to day, you will make outbound calls, respond to enquiries on phone, WhatsApp and email, and guide potential clients from initial interest to a confirmed sale. Your work directly supports the visa processing and sales teams, so a steady focus on conversion and follow-through is key to keeping revenue on track.
The company is currently hiring through a walk-in interview at Office 54, Floor 9, Burjuman Business Tower, Al Mankhool, Dubai, near Burjuman Metro Exit 3. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote visa and travel services to prospective clients
- Handle inbound enquiries received by phone, WhatsApp, and email with clear, accurate information
- Build rapport with clients and recommend suitable services to turn leads into sales
- Keep detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions
- Work closely with the visa processing and sales teams to support clients through every stage
- Follow up on leads consistently to improve conversion and avoid missed opportunities
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining a professional and positive manner
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in telesales or a related sales role; freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
- Excellent spoken English; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage
- Confident, motivated, and sales-oriented personality
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn about visa services
- Availability to start immediately and work full-time from the Dubai office
