Technical Manager
Job Purpose
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s technical systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s technical infrastructure, including computer systems, alarms, CCTV, electric fences, solar systems, and vehicle tracking devices.
- Spearhead physical installations and programming of all technical systems.
- Conduct technical surveys for prospective clients and prepare accurate quotations.
- Drive business growth in alarm, CCTV, electric fence, tracking devices, and solar systems.
- Plan the installation and maintenance of all security systems.
- Oversee project implementation from order confirmation through to commissioning.
- Perform training needs analysis and deliver training to technical staff and clients on technical products.
- Participate in technical investigations following incidents.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- Hands-on experience installing alarms, CCTV, electric fences, tracking systems, and solar installations.
- Experience from the private security industry is mandatory.
- Strong team management and project management skills.
- Proven technical support expertise.
