Description:
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-focused Technical Engineer with expertise in dewatering systems to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is well-suited for professionals who have practical experience in system design, technical documentation, and coordination with project teams. The role involves contributing to both the planning and execution stages of dewatering projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA) for project activities
• Carry out detailed design calculations for dewatering systems, including wellpoint systems, deep wells, pumps, and discharge pipelines
• Develop, review, and update technical drawings such as layouts, sectional views, and detailed designs
• Work closely with site teams and project engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs on-site
• Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in dewatering or a closely related field
• Strong understanding of dewatering design principles and technical documentation processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD along with basic engineering calculation tools
• Good communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
