Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview

OVG Hospitality is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist for its HR team in Abu Dhabi. You will manage hiring from candidate search through selection, then coordinate new starters’ onboarding so hiring teams are supported and employees have a well-organised introduction to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening candidates through interview coordination and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and coordinate recruitment priorities.
• Arrange onboarding steps and communicate with incoming employees to support a smooth start.
• Keep recruitment documentation and candidate records accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to move applicants and new hires through each stage efficiently.
• Provide support for related HR operations as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Two to three years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Experience in hospitality recruitment is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of talent acquisition, hiring workflows and employee onboarding.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline is estimated for this role.
• Applicants based in the UAE who can attend in-person interviews are preferred; immediate availability is an advantage.
