Consolidated salary: KES 90,000–130,000
Support recruitment, appointments, promotions, deployment, training, leave, disciplinary matters and staff welfare. Maintain HR records and systems, support payroll and benefits, induction, performance appraisals, reports and workplace safety.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Development, Industrial Relations, Business Administration (Human Resource option) or equivalent; alternatively a Social Sciences degree with a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. CHRP Part I; IHRM membership; certificate in computer applications.
