System Administrator

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is hiring an experienced System Administrator on behalf of its client in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for IT professionals with strong expertise in server administration, network infrastructure, virtualization, and Microsoft technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. Immediate joiners who are currently available in the UAE will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments and IT infrastructure.

• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID administration.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Configure and maintain network services, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.

• Administer virtual environments using VMware and/or Hyper-V.

• Ensure system security, backups, updates, and operational reliability.

• Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve IT issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a System Administrator.

• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID.

• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall technologies.

• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

• Immediate joiners will have an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall administration.
