Storekeeper

Role Overview

Greeneration is seeking a Storekeeper to support the flow of goods through its vertical farming operation in Dubai. You will track stock, receive supplies and harvests, and prepare customer orders while protecting the quality and freshness of perishable products. Accurate records and careful coordination with production and quality control help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Record incoming and outgoing stock in the inventory system and keep product information current.
• Receive finished produce from production and log quantities accurately.
• Help receive and check raw materials and packaging supplies for condition and quantity.
• Carry out routine stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Check products for freshness, appearance, and quality before they are packed or dispatched.
• Pack and label customer orders and prepare them for delivery.
• Store and handle perishable goods appropriately to preserve product quality.
• Keep storage and packing areas clean and hygienic, and work closely with production and quality control teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous storekeeping or inventory management experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain reliable stock records and conduct inventory checks.
• Understanding of appropriate storage and handling for perishable products.
• Familiarity with packing, labeling, product checks, and warehouse hygiene procedures.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work Monday through Saturday and adjust working hours when operational needs require.
• Ability to collaborate with production and quality control colleagues.
