Social Media Manager (B2B FinTech)

Role Overview

Arbeat is hiring a Dubai-based Social Media Manager to shape how the business communicates with B2B audiences across social platforms. You’ll own the content cycle from planning and production through publishing and performance review, turning complex FinTech, crypto and financial-market topics into clear, engaging material that supports brand awareness and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and deliver a social content plan suited to Arbeat’s B2B audience and brand priorities.
• Coordinate regular publishing across social channels and maintain a consistent, high-quality presence.
• Develop and oversee written, visual and video content, working with editors, designers and other internal contributors.
• Manage audience responses and community interactions in a timely, brand-appropriate way.
• Track content and campaign results, run tests and use performance findings to improve future activity.
• Apply knowledge of crypto, financial markets and FinTech when planning and reviewing content.
• Help ensure creative materials meet the visual standards expected in modern FinTech communications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant social media management experience.
• Experience creating content and managing communications in an institutional B2B environment.
• Strong writing and copywriting abilities, with the capacity to make financial topics accessible to professional audiences.
• Working knowledge of crypto, financial markets, FinTech marketing and social media strategy.
• Experience monitoring performance and using results to refine content and campaigns.
• Familiarity with current visual and design conventions in the FinTech sector.
• A portfolio is required; applications without one will not be considered.
