Social Media Executive

ERC International is currently supporting a leading client in the personal care product manufacturing industry to hire a creative and digitally skilled Social Media Executive based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting overall marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

This role is best suited for a highly creative individual with strong communication abilities in both Arabic and English, along with hands-on experience in managing modern social media platforms and digital campaigns. Candidates with a background in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or personal care industries are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels

• Create engaging and creative content for digital marketing campaigns

• Develop and support influencer marketing collaborations and PR activities

• Assist in e-commerce operations and online sales initiatives

• Coordinate CRM activities and support marketing campaign execution

• Translate and adapt content between Arabic and English as required

• Monitor engagement metrics and support performance-driven digital strategies

• Contribute to the planning and execution of social media growth strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing

• Strong proficiency in Arabic and English communication (mandatory)

• Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms

• Background in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry is preferred

• Strong creativity, writing, and storytelling skills

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and digital campaign execution

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
