AMTC Reno is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join its growing team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a professional with strong hands-on experience in residential and villa fit-out projects who can effectively oversee site operations from start to finish.
The successful candidate will supervise daily construction activities, ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards, and coordinate civil and electrical works while maintaining project schedules and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities across fit-out, renovation, and residential/villa projects.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and maintain planned timelines.
• Oversee civil, finishing, and electrical works on site.
• Coordinate installation, testing, snagging, and final project handover.
• Ensure proper site coordination with subcontractors and project teams.
Requirements:
• 4–5+ years of experience in fit-out, renovation, and residential/villa projects.
• Strong UAE experience preferred; GCC experience will also be considered.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and electrical drawings.
• Experience managing site activities from start to finish.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of:
• Civil works including masonry, plastering, gypsum, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and finishing.
• Electrical works including lighting, power systems, DBs, wiring, containment, and electrical installations.
• Site supervision, testing, snagging, project coordination, and handover procedures
