BNBC Contracting is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineering professional who can effectively manage on-site construction activities while ensuring projects are completed according to quality, safety, and scheduling requirements.
The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and HSE standards. Candidates with relevant UAE construction experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress, construction quality, and site safety compliance.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and HSE requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant site engineering experience.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Construction processes and site supervision.
• Engineering drawings, project specifications, and site coordination.
• HSE regulations, quality standards, and project documentation.
