- Help shape project work plans and service-delivery approaches, using performance evidence to address gaps in testing, linkage to care, retention, and viral load suppression.
- Work with ministries of health, county and local authorities, and non-governmental partners to strengthen health-system capacity and facility-to-community referral pathways.
- Engage county leadership and technical working groups in transition planning, including the development of county-specific roadmaps, stronger domestic resourcing, and accountability for continued services.
- Track progress against donor requirements, project targets, and milestones; guide data-informed quality improvement and contribute to technical reporting.
- Document and share project results, lessons, promising practices, and technical learning through appropriate knowledge products.
- Serve as the county project focal person, supervising county-based staff and coordinating their day-to-day work, operational support, and accountability.
- Undertake other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
