  • Lead workforce planning, succession mapping, and leadership development to build a robust pipeline of current and future-ready talent across the portfolio.
  • Drive organisation effectiveness by redesigning structures, embedding agile ways of working, and fostering high-performance team dynamics.
  • Act as the main integrator between business units and the wider people function—orchestrating support from talent, reward, employee experience, digital HR, and safety teams to deliver seamless, cohesive solutions.
  • Champion the adoption of flow-to-work principles and agile operating models, collaborating with transformation teams to increase organisational speed, flexibility, and collaboration.
  • Leverage AI-enabled workforce analytics and predictive insights to anticipate skill gaps, identify risks, and inform strategic workforce decisions.
  • Embed a behaviour-based safety culture by partnering with leaders to integrate safety, well-being, and psychological health into everyday leadership and operations.
  • Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion by influencing executive decisions to create equitable talent outcomes and an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee risk, governance, and compliance within the people scope, ensuring all activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a senior HR business partner or people partner within a large, complex organization—ideally in telecommunications, technology, or a similarly fast-paced industry.
  • Track record of advising and influencing C-suite and senior leadership on strategic people matters, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Deep expertise in workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, succession planning, and culture transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive agile transformation, including adoption of flow-to-work models and agile team structures.
  • Hands-on experience using people analytics, AI tools, and workforce intelligence to shape decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and experience embedding inclusive talent processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills; ability to challenge constructively and build trust.
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field; master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
