FAM Advisory is expanding its finance team and is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join its Dubai office. This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting, UAE VAT compliance, cash flow management, and ERP systems who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Manage budgeting activities and monitor cash flow performance.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.

• Maintain financial records and accounting transactions using Odoo ERP.

• Support accounting operations across multiple business entities and group structures.

• Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights for management.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve financial processes.

• Prepare documentation for audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Assist in strengthening internal controls and financial procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant.

• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.

• Hands-on experience working with Odoo ERP.

• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and cash flow management.

• Experience managing accounting functions for multi-entity businesses and group structures.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with excellent analytical abilities.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE VAT compliance and financial reporting

• Odoo ERP, budgeting, and cash flow management

• AP/AR processes, accounting standards, and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, contracting, trading, industrial services, elevators & lifts, or technical services will be considered an advantage.
