Description:
RAK Packaging is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join its expanding finance team. This position is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting who is looking to grow within a well-established organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, preparing accurate reports, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial processes and reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial Reporting and Budgeting
• Taxation and Accounting Standards
• ERP Systems, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
