Salesforce Developer

A growing organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development and real estate industry solutions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience building, customizing, and integrating Salesforce platforms while working with real estate clients or projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Salesforce solutions, managing integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective CRM solutions. Candidates currently based in the UAE or holding an active UAE visa are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

• Build and maintain Salesforce components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.

• Support ongoing improvements and enhancements within the Salesforce platform.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

• Experience with:

• Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Salesforce integrations and customization.

• CRM solutions and development best practices.

• Prior experience working with Real Estate clients or projects is mandatory.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Must be currently based in Dubai/UAE or have an active UAE visa.
