A dynamic financial services company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with forex or CFD industry experience who can train, mentor, and develop sales teams to improve overall performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching new hires, supporting underperforming team members, and implementing effective sales training strategies in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and immediate availability are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct sales training sessions for new and existing team members.
• Coach and mentor sales staff to improve conversion and retention performance.
• Develop training materials and sales improvement strategies.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support sales teams in achieving business targets.
• Stay updated on forex products, trading platforms, and industry trends.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the Forex/CFD industry, particularly in conversion or retention roles.
• Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or leading sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of forex products and trading platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
