About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Executive to join a leading auto spares distributor in Nairobi. If you're driven by targets, love winning, and aren't afraid to chase opportunities—this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Promoting and selling auto spare parts to both retail and wholesale customers.
  • Hunt for new business like a pro: prospecting, pitching, and converting leads into loyal clients.
  • Build a solid pipeline (because you know sales is a numbers game!).
  • Take customer orders and team up with delivery to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Keep your ear on the ground: gather market insights and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Spot opportunities and turn them into revenue.

What We're Looking For

  • A Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (auto spares experience? Big bonus!).
  • A confident communicator who can sell with ease.
  • A self-starter with energy, drive, and a never give up attitude.
  • Someone who thrives under targets and loves earning commission.
  • Good knowledge of the Nairobi market is a plus.
