HRM Recruitment LLC is seeking a motivated and confident Sales / Customer Service Executive to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, promoting recruitment and manpower solutions, and generating new business opportunities.
This role is suitable for individuals with experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or business development who are comfortable with outbound calling and client communication. Candidates with recruitment or manpower industry experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
• Promote HRM’s recruitment and manpower solutions to businesses.
• Generate new leads and develop long-term client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert opportunities into business.
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Maintain professional communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Support business growth by achieving assigned sales and client acquisition targets.
Requirements:
• Male/Female candidates are welcome to apply.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls and handling client conversations.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and motivated to generate leads.
• Recruitment or manpower industry experience is an advantage.
• Dubai-based candidates are preferred.
• Language skills: English and Indian languages.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sales and lead generation techniques.

• Professional business communication.
